I loved how we were just a few steps away from Bronson Park and only a quick walk to the Kalamazoo Valley Museum, which made our weekend strolls so enjoyable and convenient.

I had such a great experience! The breakfast area was super clean, though it could use an update, and the gift shop had fun Michigan souvenirs. The room itself was comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. I’d absolutely come back again!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the on-site athletic club and caught a great show at the nearby venue. The lounge on the 9th floor is a must-visit for free breakfast and evening snacks! Jess, the bartender, was amazing.
We did face an issue with our room not being cleaned, which was frustrating after paying a good amount. It took a while to get some resolution, and I felt disappointed about the service aspect during our stay.

staying at radisson was a delight! our concierge level room gave us access to a private lounge with breakfast just for our floor, which was a nice touch. we loved the dining options too—brick and brine was amazing during restaurant week, and old burdick next door had a unique vibe. with a starbucks downstairs, mornings were convenient!

missingWrote a review on Jun 19temperature control
Room temperature control left much to be desired. even with the thermostat set, the air didn't seem to get cooler than 70°F, making for an uncomfortable night on a warm evening. Valet parking charges were steep at $30, yet vacant when we were ready to leave, leading to confusion and us opting for a different place altogether. With high room rates, I expected better room quality and temperature management, yet it felt like the amenities didn’t match the price point.

I loved the private lounge and exclusive breakfast! A real gem! 🥐 The only downside was the mattress could have been more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay with good amenities.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfy. Beds were super nice, and I slept really well. The decor was pleasant, which added to the overall vibe. However, the walls felt a bit thin since I could hear noise from the hallway pretty easily. Overall, a decent stay, but could use better soundproofing.

The staff at Radisson were exceptionally hospitable and attentive throughout my stay. The check-in and checkout processes were seamless, allowing me to focus on my business conference rather than logistics. The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting all my needs promptly. I particularly appreciated the convenience of texting for checkout, which saved time. The on-site dining options were also good, and the overall atmosphere conducive to work and relaxation.
